Purpose: assessment of the status of water resources and perspectives of their utilization; search for the ways and sources of provision of the population with the quality, physiologically full value and safe for heath potable water; discussion of the conceptual approaches on centralized and decentralized water supply; exchange of foreign experience and consideration of the regional specificities of ensuring access of population to quality potable water; elaboration of the suggestions and recommendations for their practical implementation in the water supply system of Ukraine.
Participants: focal representatives of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the oblast and rayon councils, city mayors, scientists, managers of commercial enterprises, foreign experts, representatives of public organizations and mass-media.
